Follow Bill as he's reincarnated/rebirthed as a human with all his memories, but none of his powers as a new way for him to pay for his crimes since the situation at Theraprism isn't going so well, and with their current methods possibly going to do more damage than heal. So he is now forced to be raised among us by a new pair of parents and two older siblings.
The events of the anime(Black Bullet) happen in a way that gives him a new spark of inspiration that eventually leads him to meeting the infamously chaotic ex-soldier, Kagetane Hiruko. With the grown-up Falls group teaming with Civilian Security's best teams in Tokyo, will they all be able to stop the mad duo with whatever army or plan of conquest Bill has in store? Or will the little bit of improvement he acquires mean their end? And most importantly... How much can a truly sadistic person actually change for the better?

｛guys idfk why this is gaining attention again😭 literally I have wanted to delete this so many times but ppl like it for some reason😭😭 This was literally my first fic, I have improved TREMENDOUSLY since this, if anyone mentions the bad plot, horribly rounded characters, or overall lack of grammatic skills I will be throwing myself off a roof.｝ A lot of fluff!! So let's get onto the real description.) Dipper hasn't had the best childhood. . . He never had an ordinary childhood at all. . . In the 19 century there was an outbreak of a special virus. This virus wasn't dangerous because he helped people. Slowly children started to gain a special gift. It was rare for people to get this gift that everyone wanted. They had powers beyond their dreams! Soon enough during the 19 century Mafias became something big. Dipper and Mable's parents passed away when they were five. There uncles left them at the age of twelve when they left on a trip. Now there 17 and still living because of Dipper became a shop keeper and a thief. Mable never knew that Dipper started to steal stuff to survive in this world. Everyone Loved Dipper because he was so helpful to them. What they didn't realized is that Dipper had been stealing there money and jewels this whole time. Dipper uses his shop keeper job as a cover up this whole time. There the second highest gang in Gravity Falls called "Demons.". The leader of the group is Bill cipher. His gang members are William(Will) cipher, Star, Andrew and Lady widow. The Demons were like family. Bill and Will helped them when they needed it the most and now they were family. They all have The Gift that everyone wanted. The highest Gang of them all is a young man that doesn't have a team. He's a solo man. No one's ever meant him in person before, but one little lady. When Dipper meets Bill something changes in the leader. Something that can effect his team that he calls family. Or Something that can effect his life forever.Complete

Going through all the time Bill was with him. It wasn't that bad, was it? If I really think about it, he was actually kind of nice to me. Well, as nice as he can get. And what if I start to miss him? What if I visit him every day? So what if nobody knows about it? All questions I ask myself as I walk to his statue every day. We ended him, so why do... I feel... guilty. Is he really gone? Is he listening to my pleas to come back? Is he laughing at my despair while I visit him? So many questions... and none of them have answers. But one hovers above them all. IF HE'S NOT DEAD, WHERE IS MY MUSE? Why do I still call him my Muse? Is it because I actually do miss him? Or is it just because of the way that I feel attached to him? I still have so many unanswered questions. Bill, why are you like this? You left me confused. I remember your last words to me. I won't forget them either, with the memory gun destroyed. Time to try writing BillFord. This is going to end up a mess and I know it. I've read mostly BillDip, so not much BillFord here, but I can still try. Pain, Love, and Sacrifice
Weirdmegedon doesn't end well. Bill is able to take over the falls very easily and the rest of the world is soon to come. Mabel must make final quick decisions to attempt to salvage any safty for the ones she loves. What will she have to sacrifice to keep them safe, and will Bill end up getting more then what he wanted? (Mabill story) Also, quick side note. Picture the twins being 17, not 12. And picture bill as always in human form. But he's still associated with triangles. If that makes sense. Dipper and Mabel are turning 21 and are back in Gravity Falls, but everything seems to change when Bill finds Dipper and turns to tormenting his mind any chance he gets, giving him horrific hallucinations, nightmares and teasing him, always touching him. Unable to decide if he wants wants to kill Dipper (For reasons explained way later) or if he wants to have Dipper, body and soul ;) In this particular story I've changed up the story a little bit. Mabel, and Dipper have not actually met Bill... In this lifetime anyway. They still solved mysteries when they were younger as Mabel refers to their old "Mystery Twins" Nickname once. (Stan and Ford know Bill, just as they had in the show but i don't really touch on that just an FYI) None of the artwork is mine, full credit to the artists!! Definitely Rated R, strong language, sexual scenes and smut later, torture, nightmare/horror scenes so I'm assuming it's probably (Definitely) got some triggers. Enjoy at you're own peril!!!!Complete
