"Journey to the West" is China's greatest romantic chapter-based long mythological novel. This book simplifies it to enhance readability and help readers quickly understand the main plot of "Journey to the West". The story unfolds around the four disciples of Tang Monk. Tang Monk, under the order of Emperor Tang, goes to the Western Paradise to obtain the true scriptures for the salvation of all living beings. He is gluttonous and lazy in character, but also has his lovable aspects and can occasionally play a role in battles. Sha Wujing was once the Curtain-Lifting General in the Heavenly Court. Due to making mistakes, he was banished to the Flowing Sand River. He is honest and loyal, and bears hardships and works hard without complaint.
