I always tried to protect you... Keep you safe... Dad didn't even have to tell me. It was just always my responsibility, you know? It's like I had one job... I had one job... And I screwed it up." "Dean..." Sam whispered his heartbreaking
"I guess that's what I do. I let down the people I love. I let Dad down. And now, I guess I'm just supposed to let you and V down too. How can I? Am I supposed to live with that?" Dean said as he was also breaking but he tried not to show it.
"Dean, you didn't let anyone down. You did everything you could. You protected Sam, you fought for your family. You can't blame yourself for everything that goes wrong. We all make mistakes, but that doesn't mean we stop trying. We're in this together, and we'll figure it out. You're not alone in this." Ivy spoke
"Thanks, V." Dean replied
This was it and she knew that Dean was breaking and she knew Sam was to. All she could do is be there for them both.
