"Why do you do what you do?" Amanda shook her head in shame for Katrina disobeying Amanda's commands. "I was told: that 'if you're good at something, never do it for free.' Another laugh similar to the Joker came from the assassin. Coming through the door is the one and only man of steel with some old scratches all over his face. The assassin and looked seeing him waltzing through the door as she laughed harder. "I'll take it from here." Superman said approaching Amanda Waller.
"As far as I'm concern this is my investigation. Not yours or the League." Amanda protested turning to the boy in blue. "As far as I'm concern you're not allowed to hold her captive." Superman acknowledge Amanda's protest and commented back giving her a good stern look. "You got ten minutes that it." Amanda said walking out as the assassin waved Amanda away.
"Buh-bye~ URK!" The assassin was up against the wall being chocked by the man of steel, gasping to breath, she latch her hands that were ripped from the table onto the man of steels hand trying to get him to loose his grip. Superman's eyes were glowing a bright red, narrowing his eyes as his hand getting tighter and tighter each second. The assassin struggles moving her feet. Amanda stood and watch Superman choking Katrina not making one move to rescue her. Then suddenly the assassins feet slowly became to a complete stop

Her eyes were amber in color, brown with a fire in them, her skin deeply sunkissed but not sunburned. By the time my eyes rose she was only inches from me, her hair falling about her shoulders because of the speed she used. She looked me over thoroughly, and I raised my chin and narrowed my eyes. Nothing but a small smile from her in response made me frown. "What is wrong, son of Jor-El?" her voice was soft but smooth. "You know who I am?" "Of course I do, it's right here--" She traced the "S" on my chest with a single finger and then trailed down to my belt and tapped it. "I'm sorry about your parents." She paused, touching my hair. The plate missed his head but hit the wall behind him with a thump, it shattered to pieces onto the couch, food splattering all over. His eyes glazed over with anger. "Did you just throw that at my head?" He asked in a scary calm tone. I gulped, "Maybe if you weren't such an asshole I wouldn't have." I spoke, my voice shaking as much as my body was. "I'm not an asshole!" He yelled at me as he stood to his feet, and in two long strides made his way over to me. He grabbed me by the arms and pushed his face inches away from mine. Wanting to push his buttons, I did the only thing I could think of. "Only an asshole would say that." I told him, my voice low. I was mad and I wanted to see what he would do. He held my arms down. I laughed in his face, "What are you gonna do? Hit me?" I pushed, I wanted to prove a point, I wanted to show him how much of a monster he truly is. He released his grip, "No. No I'm not." He stood up and walked towards the door, running his hands through his hair. I was surprised, but decided to push further, to see how far I could actually push him. "Why not? You've done it before." I pointed out, my confidence growing now that he didn't hit me for that. He leaned on the door frame, his back to me. "Because I can't do it!" He yelled, turning around to face me. He strode towards me, anger fuming off of him. I cowarded away from him, scared he was going to hit me again. He sits on a large black chair, his elbows resting on the table. He runs his caramel hands through his golden locks, exposing a neck tattoo that I hadn't noticed before. He's wearing a sharp black suit and his deep green eyes scan my figure, looking for cracks or weaknesses, assessing me before I even open my mouth.
