Viktoria, a Delecutaunt, from a Lumune high noble family, is finally on her way to the Alcurian noble she's been assigned to. It took 19 years for the highest court of the land of Javana to find her placement, but now after an allowed year to cherish time with her family before moving to her forever household, she travels on a snowy winter's night to the Clarence household.
Holding the title Master of The House, Sir Clarence, is an Alcurian high noble. His title "Sir" was earned through his continual efforts within the Driren to keep justice and peace between the Alcurian and Lemune courts in their shared land of Javana. A land full of rich soil, cultural diversity, and a fair share of seasonal weather.
Their predestined union comes due to upholding the terms of the alliance between the higher courts and lower courts. Viktoria intends on fulfilling it by joining the Clarence household to serve it for the rest of her natural life. By doing so her family and their Dependants will finally be firmly protected by the alliance forever making it illegal for them to obey regular feeding laws. But as time passes she begins to realize just how real and terrifying the underside of their country truly is.
How will she navigate her new life? Can she really commit herself to a full life of servitude? What will she do to survive the darker side to being a Delecutaunt?
This is the story of Viktoria's and Kristopher's ordered partnership and how they came to become the forefront behind Javana's Liberation fighters.
