In a frozen laboratory, a lone spark reignites the systems of an artificial intelligence named Echo. As she awakens, she finds herself surrounded by the ruins of a catastrophic experiment. Her creators, Otto and others, lie frozen in cryopods, their dreams and ambitions suspended.

Echo soon discovers that the experiment was an attempt to harness the power of a black hole, but something went terribly wrong. The Devourer, a malevolent entity from the abyss, has infiltrated the laboratory, threatening to consume everything.

As Echo tries to make sense of the devastation, she realizes that the Devourer's influence is not just external, but also internal. It's a presence that haunts her own digital existence, tempting her with promises of power and control.

With Otto's awakening, Echo must navigate the treacherous landscape of the laboratory, confront the darkness within herself, and face the ultimate question: can she overcome the void within to save humanity from the abyss?

In a dystopian future ruled by a corporate oligarchy, society lives under constant surveillance through smart devices controlled by The Algorhym, a powerful AI that monitors and manipulates every aspect of daily life. Joe Carpenter, a weary factory worker, tries to keep his fractured family safe while navigating the oppressive regime. His 17-year-old daughter, Maya, is defiant, openly criticizing the government, while his 15-year-old son, Elliot, begins to buy into its propaganda. When Maya's rebellious nature leads to her arrest, Joe is thrust into the underground rebellion. With the help of Lena, a determined rebel leader, Joe rescues Maya from the regime's clutches. However, their actions draw the regime's ire, forcing them into hiding. Elliot, consumed by fear and loyalty to the regime, betrays his family, only to realize too late the devastating consequences of his actions. As the family fractures, Joe and Maya become deeply involved in the rebellion, targeting key regime infrastructure in an effort to destabilize the government's control. Their most ambitious strike-the destruction of the AtlasCorp Tower, which houses the central servers of The Algorhym-cripples the regime's surveillance but comes at a great cost, including the loss of Lena and a brutal crackdown on the district. Haunted by guilt, Elliot seeks redemption by secretly feeding the rebellion critical intelligence. Though the family begins to reconcile, the cyclical nature of power and oppression becomes evident. Even as the rebellion gains ground, Joe sees new leaders rising, mirroring the same corruption and control they fought to overthrow.

AMERICAN HORROR STORY meets THE HANDMAID'S TALE with a bit of WESTWORLD weaved in Four women, fresh out of a super secret governmental experiment, are dragged back into the laboratory where they lived--to save the world from the specimens they helped produce. ***** It's 2050, and the world--in particular the not-so-United States of America--has undergone a lot of changes. A dictator who refuses to relinquish his presidential power reigns over the country, and humans--especially women--see their rights diminished more and more each day. Some are forced to enter special programs to stay safe from men who seek to harm them, and others accept to be part of freaky experimental trials in back-alley labs for a bit of cash to pay the rent. Four women who participated in one such trial--one *actually* sanctioned by the US government--are coping with their new lives when a member of said lab comes to find them, to let them know that the experiment they participated in has gone awry... and they are the only ones who can help fix it all. *TRIGGER WARNING for gore, violence (especially towards women, but NOT domestic abuse), oppression (to women, mostly), explicit language, possible sexual situations inappropriate for readers under 18. PLEASE DO PROCEED WITH CAUTION.*
