    Quackity is the bastard son of the King and a shapeshifter. He admires Wilbur deeply, though he hates the way the Queen plays with him, forcing him to do things that could get him killed regardless of her immunity. 
    
    Day in and day out, he tries to warn Wilbur against this life. 
    
    When Quackity learns Wilbur might be coming to the castle, he fears for Wilbur's safety, and his own dignity. He has no choice but to interfere as himself, changing the course of everything.
