Izuku Midoriya was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of six. After three long years, he finally beat it. Eventually he got a quirk, curtesy of All Might, and joined UA's hero course. He's been cancer free for 8 years, but will that all change?
P.S. Bakugo never bullied Izuku, M*neta doesn't exist(instead it's Shinsou), and Bakugo is deaf from his quirk.
