Clark Reiner's nearly three-decade tenure in international business development and consulting epitomizes a career dedicated to innovative leadership and pioneering ventures across global markets. His journey through varied economic terrains showcases his distinctive ability to synthesize complex market insights with strategic execution, propelling significant growth in each sector he touches. In 2016 and 2017, Reiner's career took a significant turn when he ventured to Malta and Spain to oversee a family office. This role highlighted his adept skills in managing sophisticated financial operations and adapting to diverse market environments, laying the groundwork for enhanced portfolio management. Before this European vacation, he was deeply entrenched in the oil and gas sectors in London, where from 2011 to 2015, he spearheaded expansion efforts into markets including Trinidad, Tobago, Iraq, Louisiana, and eastern Texas. His strategic initiatives extended the company's operational footprint and solidified its position in the competitive global marketplace. Reiner's impact was profoundly felt in the Middle East through his engagement with the Basra Sports Complex project in Iraq. As a visionary leader at Newport Global, the consulting firm he co-founded, he orchestrated the development of the $550 million Basra Sports City Complex, inaugurated in 2013. This monumental project was a significant infrastructural enhancement and a catalyst for regional economic revitalization. Back in the United States, Reiner's prowess continued at Mahler & Emerson Inc., a prominent Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory firm based in New York City. As Vice President from 2002 to 2009, he led critical client relations and operations management roles, significantly enhancing the firm's stature and compliance with regulatory standards.

Welcome to your Antifragile Leadership journey! I am thrilled to have you onboard. It has always been my philosophy that knowledge only becomes power when it is shared. I created this E workbook with demands for leaders and game changers like you in mind. You'll have a great time learning because these are the lessons that we wish could have been taught to us when we were starting out our careers but now we are provided with the amazing opportunity to include it in our leadership toolkit. Each page is experience and wisdom centered. With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams. You'll experience world-class cohort-based learning as leaders at hyper-growth companies and business owners facing high levels of complexity, diversity and ambiguity. By the end of your read, you'll have increased confidence and tools for building antifragile teams that scale-delivered in a meaningful experience with lasting impact. I'm grateful for your support. Thank you very much, Jan
