~ Adding a new twist to the infamous series Divergent by Veronica Roth ~ When Evelyn Johnson, mother of Tobias Eaton and wife of Marcus Eaton, fakes her death in order to escape the domestic abuse of her husband, she flees to the Factionless in hopes to find a haven. She's met with uncertainty and a certain guardedness from the very people she used to support by providing goods and food. She asks the Factionless for their help and they oblige out of sympathy once she recounts the trauma she went through.
