I'm angry at myself for being blind , I'm angry I allowed myself to love this man thinking his mother would eventually accept me and everything would be fine

But I see now it was never going to happen I was always on edge when I went to his parents house or when she came over or when Ashley came over he told me they were just childhood friends but I know she likes him and his mother likes her too she was never going to accept me

It always pissed me off but I endured it, I endured the teasing and backhanded remarks because I loved this man and I wanted to make our marriage work but not anymore
