Koda didn't have much growing up, being the hidden child of a powerful man. When he passed away, his mother didn't lose time to abandon him, running away with another man. Now, the only thing left for him is the big, lonely and empty house his father left behind, living of the little expenses his mother leaves him every week. And as Meavin Crim appears in town, Koda's life became a living hell.

Multiple times, he tries to end his own life, as he sees no reason to keep living, but strangely enough, he keeps surviving. Someone saves him, every single time, only leaving a blue teddy bear behind, the same that keep coming every day in his mailbox since his dad's death.

Davanee was in a marriage of convenience. A platonic one, not the kind girls read about, screaming and giggling. Since he never had any interest in women, this marriage never meant anything to him, even after the birth of his son.

But, his annoying life takes a turn when he learns the death of the man who used to torment him. What surprises him the most is the news of this same person having a son of his own, whom no one ever heard about. The total opposite of his father.
