Most think dragons are something the Vikings came up with. But not me and my clan. We whole heartly know that dragons exist. That's because there is at least five dragons still around...

We all know the tale of Hiccup Haddock and how he changed people's minds on dragons. But this isn't about them. This is about me. A descendant of Hiccup. My name is (Y/n) Haddock. And this is how I became a hero.

UPDATE!!!!: This is a very old book I wrote and upon rereading it, I hate it. :). The plot's a bit crap, the characters make little to no sense, I cringe at every other line, Y/N is the biggest pick me girl and it hurts my soul, and the writings not that great either. The name is given to those who won't survive their first winter. Those who don't belong, those who will not be any more than a burden. Hiccup isn't an exception to this. I mean, sure he survived his first winter, and the next fifteen. But he caused problems, not on purpose. Things just happened when he was around. First when he was six, and a nearby furnace blew up when he lost his temper. Then when he was eight, nine, eleven. These strange happenings kept occurring, and nothing he did helped. Everything he did, everything he tried had some way of turning back on him. For the longest time he believe that the God's cursed him.
