As the daughter of Gothams most known villain Chelsea has a lot to live up to. With the scars on her face and now on her wrists it's hard nt to tell who her father is. The joker. 

He ha always told her of his crimes and mirders he's committed. She had found them to be interesting and a fun thing to do, yet se never really wanted to do these things. The joker has different plans. But when te joker and her mother harlene quinzel die in a car crash what will Chelsea do to survive? With parents who kept her in hiding she was never really able to learn about how life is suppose to be lived. Will she resort to crime or love?

Harleen hadn't seen her sister in about a year and a half since she's been deployed over seas she's just started at Arkham when her sister is coming home twist her sisters lost her left arm and its now replaced with a removable robotic one. Since Amelia can no longer serve in the military she's offered to work as a guard in Arkham. What happens when she finds out little sis is in love with the joker well it's a bumpy ride and she's drug along with them.

After watching her parents get killed at the age of 13 by her older sister, Elsa Quinzel decide to the villains of Gotham City become ex villains after the Joker's passing and Harley Quinn behind bars, she become the new Therapist at Gotham Arkham Asylum where she meets, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Riddler and Harley Quinn herself. But along the way she meets a boy who she believes shouldn't be in there but see a different side of him that no one should ever see and to her surprise, she has even dared to fall in love. Love Locked Up is a romantic, Gotham world fan where danger is a new kind of love and nothing is as it seems.

This is my own personal version of how our lovable Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic clown known as The Joker. This will be a dark story. I mean, it is about Joker and his story isn't a pretty one. There will be dark, mature themes in this book. It is not for the faint of heart. That being said, if you are not comfortable with this, then skip those parts. I will have them marked, and I will leave subtle hint, so you get the basic gist of what happened. I do not own any of these characters or the various original stories!! I just made my own remake of it. All rights go to the DC Universe and the creators of these awesome people. Thank you for trying out this story. I'm sorry if the parts that are from Joker's POV are terrible, but I tried to get as close to his twisted personality as possible. It isn't exactly easy to predict what the most unpredictable character ever made would say and do. I mostly went off of the movie scenes for his character. Please be nice to each other, and no rude comments. I may have a few spelling errors, so if you let me know, I will try to get to them. I will be here to answer questions on things if I haven't cleared them up enough. Again, thank you for trying out my story. Now, to the story!
