Lyanna Stark refusing to leave Elia and her children with Aerys has her snuck out of the Red Keep bringing her to safety in Dorne. Elia seeing how dangerous for Lyanna to be pregnant in the Tower of Joy have them move to Starfall where Lyanna safely gives birth to triplets Naruto, Visenya and Daemon Targaryen.

Hearing the news of Rhaegar's death both Lyanna and Elia head to Kings Landing to stop this rebellion not caring if either Robert or the Lannisters get angry
