Michael Krause, an ordinary gamer, finds himself thrust into an extraordinary situation when a glitch in his favorite game, Hearts of Iron IV, pulls him into a world under siege by monstrous creatures emerging from dungeon portals. Armed with the unique powers of the game, Michael can summon World War II German soldiers, tanks, and weaponry to fight back against the invasion. With danger lurking in every shadow and the city on the brink of destruction, Michael must lead his unlikely army, mastering his newfound powers and navigating alliances in a world where history and fantasy collide. As the stakes rise and the battles intensify, Michael realizes that he might be the key to saving this world-or watching it fall.

The Eagle, the Wolf, and the Sun: Prologue by Deputy_Raptor

Der Adler, der Wolf, und die Sonne: Die Geschichte des Stahlpakts (The Eagle, the Wolf, and the Sun: The History of the Pact of Steel) For the first time, a thorough research project with the support of the National Archives of Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan and the United States have flung open their doors to the premier students of the world's most serious conflict and allowed them to assemble in a cognitive work that ranks amongst the greatest historical works of the most famous students of History of all time--Herodotus, Thucydides, Livy, Caesar, Mahan, Massie, and others. This portion is the Prologue, a detailed review of the historical events between 1919 and 1935 which covers the political and military situations between the ending of the Great War and the start of the actual book. Some butterflies (alterations to the timeline) have occurred. A DISCLAIMER: This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, places, events, locales, and incidents are either the products of the author's imagination or used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Furthermore, all images, charts, artwork or other digital media are employed under a Fair Use for comment and remain the property of their respective owners. This is going to be a mixed "Gameplay/Roleplay" Historical AAR. I, as the player, will not be doing (much) gamey stuff; I find it rather repugnant to min/max divisions or anything like that, but I do recognize the limits of the game. Basic Game Info: HoI3:TFH 4.02 Normal/Normal, playing as Germany, Italy and (though not until 1941) Japan. By 1943, upped to Hard difficulty.

Summoning America version 1 has been discontinued. I may produce a completely new story but with the same title, some time in the future. in the meantime, please check out my other works on RoyalRoad by googling "Manifest Fantasy" or "Arcane Exfil" -- -- Entirely cut off from Earth, the United States finds itself in a scientific impossibility: the entire country, including the continental landmass and separated states and territories, was transported to another world. Unlike Earth, this new planet boasts phenomena unknown to science. Magic reigns supreme in this new region of the universe, bolstered by the natives' own scientific progression. Monsters roam wastelands and dungeons, subsisting off unfortunate travelers, local fauna, and sometimes even entire towns! Ambassador Samuel Anders is tasked with contacting the various nations and entities of this new world. Despite his best attempts at diplomacy, the arrogance and hostility of the natives prove to be an unnavigable barrier. War is the only alternative. Eventually, fears surface regarding an ancient evil: the Ravernal Empire. How will the United States handle the threats of this new neighborhood? What magical wonders will its adventurous citizens find? This Summoning Japan (Nihonkoku Shoukan) inspired work will follow the United States as it is summoned to a Elysia. TARGET AUDIENCE: If you enjoy GATE or are otherwise interested in seeing how modern armies and technologies interact with less advanced societies, you'll enjoy this story. This story also features quality grammar and writing, with minimal typos and errors.

Book 03/06 (Current Version: Prototype - Version 1.0) This story/fanfiction is a 'what if scenario' within the Sci-Fi videogame series known as Halo and is based on an original character named 'Lieutenant Serenity McKnight' that partners with the legendary Master Chief himself, after the UNSC Pillar of Autumn had escaped a Halo Ring known as Installation 04 by the help of a mysterious alien of myth and legend called a Forerunner. The UNSC and their newest ally embark on a heavy defensive throughout Earth against the enemy, protecting humanities home planet at all cost. Lieutenant Serenity McKnight and her brothers and sisters in arms do their best to make the best of the war at the African front nearing New Mombasa. Doing so until an unknown mission would begin, deep in the jungle. The story is a 'reimagining' of Halo and is non-canon and is to be not taken seriously as this was an idea created back when I first played the games. Combat Evolved is the first book of my main series known as 'Halo Battle Buddies' and will lead up to the first game and beyond. DISCLAIMOR: I do not own Halo and the intellectual property belongs to Bungie, Microsoft and 343 Industries. This is for fun, and not making any form of profit of this story. IMPORTANT: This is currently a prototype and everything in this story is subject to change as time progresses and not the official release. Book Series Order: (IN PROGRESS) 1) Halo Battle Buddies: A Pilot's Journey (Halo Reach) 2) Halo Battle Buddies: The Ghosts of War (Halo Reach) 3) Halo Battle Buddies 1: Combat Evolved (Halo Combat Evolved) 4) Halo Battle Buddies 2: Homefront (Halo 2) - 5) Halo Battle Buddies 3: War's End (Halo 3) 6) Halo Battle Buddies 4: Reclamation (Halo 4) 7) Halo Battle Buddies 5: Guardian Angels (Halo 4/Halo Infinite) 8) Halo Battle Buddies 6: Spirits of Fire (Halo Infinite)
