The town is in a state of fear and insanity...  Spooked the town loses more pure individuals with no confirmation aside from new mannequins have an odd likeness to the missing individuals...
after 2 years, Heather Vela is sold a house in the very spooked town for a cheap price she could not pass up. When exploring the depths of her new cozy town she discovers the horrible tragedy from a milk carton. While shopping she encounters a run-down farm that holds a creepy amount of mannequins. Heather feels sick and disgusted with nostalgia because those mannequins look like the missing adolescents. 

With Zach, the town's sweetheart, despite her bittersweet relationship with him, both set out together for their own town. She finds perhaps a few things are left a puzzle for the purpose of their bliss...
