You know those day and those moment in life when you feel like nobody else can relate or understand what you going through and even if what I've experienced isn't completely the same it is still better to read other peoples perspective and situations then let you feelings cloud your judgment and shadow you until u get tired of thinking about it.
This book is kind of like a diary that you can read any chapter that appeals to you or to a situation and therefore helping you to relieve from any stress or worries that you find are making you make bad decisions.
