Fractured truths: A decent into madness

Elizabeth Smith is a well known and respected profiler at the BAU but when a horrific case comes along and no one knows how to crack it, she takes it upon herself to bring justice to those needed. Even if it means losing a piece of herself every time she opens the file.

This is my first published story omg. Hopefully you enjoy and please feel more than welcome to leave comments and critiques where needed!
It is roughly based on criminal minds and I do not take any credit for these characters apart from Elizabeth (Effie) Smith. This story won't go into detail about the other characters primarily because I want to keep my focus on the end point!
You also don't need to know criminal minds or have watched any of it to understand this story.
