Ellie, the daughter of Bruce Wayne, finds her calling in becoming the anti-hero Shadow after feeling misunderstood and unsupported by her father due to his hatred towards her. She finds herself teaming up with her adoptive brother Jason Todd also known as Red Hood as they both embark on their quests for justice. The introduction of the Joker adds emotional conflict and questions the nature of loyalty and justice.
