Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.

This poetry collection is dedicated towards those who're going through internal hardships. When the feelings of wanting to depart grow too strong. If you wish to bathe in serenity, this is for you.

This is a collection of poems and pieces of writing. That I have written over the last 2 years of my life. I've never been one to actually live. To take the risk. A lot of the things I have written are about things that have happened in my head. Or random thoughts that have popped into my head that I was able to make more of. I've never known how to say the words aloud. Even if i did I never had the confidence to so. So I would write. I hope you enjoy and are able to feel something.

My life as a teenager, with real emotions. Before everything happened, during, and afterwards. This book will have poetry in it and be full of my thoughts, feelings, love, and even personality . This is a raw story that I would love to become a real book one day. There is swearing in this book for expression. This has a lot to do with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Please reach out if you need help. I'm glad I did.
