Seven years was a long time, but for the notorious Vigilante Ankoku, it was nothing but time. He made a reputation, earned the label of being dangerous by the Heroes, and he thrilled every minute of it when a Hero purposely had gotten in his way. 8 months of his first appearance sparked concern within society, but Ankoku made sure they feared him and made sure he was never trifled with.

Things come to a head when Ankoku is finally captured and forced into U.A.'s rehabilitation program that the principal had decided to start up and Ankoku is the rehabilitations first attempt at this idea. Things from both past and present begin to affect him, for better or for worse, but at least society is giving him a second change when he turned his back on them and them to him.
