John and James Martin are twin brothers that are connected to one of the most prestigious scientific families in existence. In the year 5000, everything begins to change as the heads of the Martin family fall, and the brothers are thrust into the chaos of military life.
With that chaos comes torment and tragedy as James is lost and a bereft John begins to change his body and abilities in order to  harness what is left of his twin's mind into an AI. This AI may be the death of John though, as he uses those abilities given to him unwittingly to continue what his parents started.
