King Fredrick ordered Varian's execution far far outside Corona. In a land of winter and cold. Varian gets murdered and fell through the ice lake. He becomes older and the living dead. A crown of jewels and iron forms on his head. A throne of the highest hill forms. The crowning jewel... a dragon born from ice and hate. He becomes fixated on destroying Corona. In a way, he kind of saves Rapunzel and Cassandra's relationship because they get called only moments after they find the moonstone. They have to push out all the stops to save Corona from an undead prince.
