Kemono no Mahō, or for simplicity's sake, KNM, is a story about a girl who is a Wolf-Human. You see, in this alternate world with Fantasy Magic, located in Ireland, civilization had advanced to the point where they gained access to Mana, and in turn, Magic Spells. Of course, some people being.. curious, they used this method to make hybrid offspring with certain animal breeds. This continued for years, eventually spiraling into a sub-species of an animal and a human being created, known as a Beast-Human.
Beast-Humans are always born with Magic capabilities. While being Human in most if not all ways, they usually have distinct animal features depending on their parents. This led to wars, disagreements and new laws in place. Eventually, Beast-Humans were given their own education systems and laws.
This story takes from the perspective of a 15 year old girl, who is a Wolf-Human. One of the most powerful types, albeit, limited in terms of Magic. She, and her little brother Damian, were for some reason, abandoned by their parents, causing them to become each others only support. But, since people still looked down on Beast-Humans, Mori and Damian were left alone.
Mori is starting her first year at the Magic School for Beast-Humans, along with many others. How will her life turn out, in this cruel and messed up world? That's up for you to find out!
A ragtag gang of teens teams up with a neighboring girl gang when a major cartel moves into town, threatening their families, their turf, and the community they've worked so hard to protect.

Cash West formed the Seven 20s - a gang of six overzealous teens with guns - to keep his tiny, crime-infested town in nowhere California safe. His methods are unorthodox and frankly illegal, but the town loves his Robin Hood heroics. However, the gang gets more than they bargained for when the Mendoza cartel rolls into town, determined to knock them off the map. As the threat hits closer to home, Cash has no choice but to team up with his ex-girlfriend Tiana's neighboring girl gang, the Hearts of Spades. Soon allies become enemies, families get trapped in the crossfire, and romance brews as Cash fights to unravel a massive conspiracy that puts everyone that matters to him at risk. When the stakes are life and death, will the gangs be able to overcome an enemy more powerful than any of them could have predicted?
