The telling begins in 1871, but the story itself started 600 years earlier in the middle of the 12th Century. Takeishi Murasaki was born in Japan, his father of Samurai nobility and his mother a mystery. Throughout his life he went by many names, but by the time of his death he was simply known as "the Samurai Templar Knight". This in the time where a young boy who had to grow up quickly or would die. A time of Genghis Kahn and the Mongol Horde, a time when Japan and Samurai became one. When the Silk Road crossed Asia and Europe. When the Templar Knights were at the height of the power and when one man crossed all of their paths.
