The uncanny encounter

what if James was in relationship with somebody else other than lily, and lily was the one who destroyed a relationship without knowing anything. what if instead of lily James was the one who stood in front of harry to protect him. and the Malfoy who always fought what if they met even before entering Hogwarts.
