Before the events of TOTK, somehow Link is prego. But after the sudden revival of the Demon King and reawakening from the sky island, Link for once has the sudden urge for a dish that doesn't exist. Despite being so close to the due date, he must have this thing that will be called a pizza. Due to the stress of the whole situation, he is now in the middle of labor contractions.
