" Sit down " Is he giving me orders or trying to comfort me I wonder!!!

He is wearing a white silk shirt. He has very broad shoulders and the shirt perfectly fits his body. I wonder what it feels to touch those shoulders!!! I was so lost to enjoy the view in front of me that I forgot to respond to him.

" Are you def? " he speaks again.

" N-no sir ..." I broke from my trance and replied to him.

" I said sit down " he turned to me and when i saw his face my heart skipped a beat. How is this possible? Am I still dreaming?? No no this can't be true.

" What is not true, Miss Alec " he said with confusion.

I think he heard my mumbling. But what do you expect me to say when I just came to know that my neighbor who I see every day turns out to be my manager and the most disturbing thing is that I messed up all this on his first day as my manager? My dream of having a good chit-chat with him will never happen now.

" I am sorry Sir... " is all I say although I have so many things to say to him. I put my head down, looked at my lap, and played with my fingers. I want to tell him that this is not my fault that I didn't get an email and someone is trying to get me in trouble but I remain silent. My brain was dozing off with other thoughts that I could not tell him.
