Ananya faces a critical decision: should she kill Ruhi? or let her wife Sumi die?

Ananya, a child specialist doctor at Mumbai's prestigious Silverstone General Hospital, is married to Sumi. They had a baby boy named Suman through IVF. Ananya doesn't allow people's criticism to break the happiness of their beautiful home; love and joy are cherished all the way. While Ananya's parents accepted their relationship, Sumi's parents haven't shown up since she left home for Ananya three years ago. Ananya cared for her wife and son, and their days went smoothly.
For Sumi, all she wants is for her family to endure with happiness and love forever and show people that two mothers can raise a child without any shortcomings.

However, everything changed not because of the people around them but because of their fate especially when Ananya entered the Silverstone Psychiatric and NeuroScience Institute. There, she met Ruhi, a Nepali girl affected by a mental condition called Erotomania. Erotomania is an overpowering belief that another person is in love with the person experiencing the condition. Ruhi became comfortable in Ananya's care, falling into obsessive love. She started believing that Ananya was her wife and Suman was her son.

To cure Ruhi, Ananya and Dr. Rayan (who has been treating Ruhi for many years) played along, pretending that Ananya was Ruhi's wife. However, this only intensified Ruhi's obsession with Ananya, surpassing any progress in curing her condition. When Ananya tried to distance herself, Ruhi refused to let her go. Ruhi's stubbornness led to violence, causing heartbreak between Sumi and Ananya. The happiness they had built together began to fade, their sweet home was then empty.

Now, Ananya faces a critical decision: should she kill Ruhi or let Sumi die? What awaits their destiny?
