But things start changing for the better when she meets Percy Jackson. Percy's life is more popular. He's the high school heartthrob even though he's a sophomore! He's funny, witty, and the life of the party. But Percy feels like people only likes him for his looks and he feels as though he'll never find true love...that is until he meets Annabeth. Will they find love and light through their dark past? Will they be left in the dark? Or will they finally find someone who understands them, in more ways than one...
