The lamb and the wolf || Marauders Era

There was a wolf who always had hungry eyes.
He would go out to hunt and successfully devour his prey without a second thought.

One day, he saw a lone lamb.
His mouth began to drool with hunger.
He knew this would be easy.

He crept forwards the lamp, setting himself for the attack
Right before he made the jump, the lamb looked at him and made the softest sound that a lamb could make.

The wolf stopped, he looked at what could have been an easy meal.
He couldn't do it. He looked into the lambs eyes and felt the need to protect her not hurt her.
He pulled the lamb closed to him and licked her, showing his affection.

The lamb nestled up to the wolf, her would be the killer and she fell asleep knowing she had peace of mind that she had a layer of protection from the other dangers.
