Hanta Sero needs to pass his final exam, and he can't do that without Bakugo's help. Except his study session with Bakugo is proving to be more difficult than he anticipated, seeing as he's grappling with the fact that he's probably, most definitely, in love with him. He wants to be more than friends (obviously), but he's decided there's no point in trying unless he knows for certain Bakugo feels the same way.

Maybe an afternoon of exchanged glances and rain can change that.
