While struggling to adjust to life on Earth, Knuckles the Echidna takes on Wade Whipple and Stormi the hedgehog as his apprentices, training them in the ways of the Echidna and  to help Wade prepare for a bowling tournament in Reno, Nev., where his estranged father is competing.
