Sakura Hanabira was born during a time when Muzan Kibutsuji was still a nobleman, long before he became the feared Demon King. Her mother, a skilled healer named Ai Hanabira, was renowned for her knowledge of rare herbs and medicines. Ai's compassion and dedication to healing drew Muzan's attention, and they eventually fell in love.
However, Muzan's health began to deteriorate due to a mysterious illness. Desperate to save him, Ai discovered the legendary Blue Spider Lily, a flower rumored to have miraculous healing properties. She used it to create a potion, hoping it would cure Muzan. The potion did indeed save his life, but it also transformed him into a demon.
Unaware of the full extent of the transformation, Ai continued to care for Muzan, and soon after, Sakura was born. As Sakura grew, she exhibited extraordinary abilities, a blend of her father's demonic powers and her mother's healing talents. She could heal wounds with a touch and had heightened senses, but she also struggled with a darker side that she couldn't fully control.
When Muzan's true nature was revealed, he abandoned his family to pursue his quest for power. Ai, heartbroken and determined to protect her daughter, went into hiding. She taught Sakura how to harness her abilities for good, instilling in her a strong sense of justice and compassion.
Years later, Sakura learns of her father's atrocities and vows to stop him. She joins the Demon Slayer Corps, using her unique powers to heal her comrades and fight demons. Her journey is one of self-discovery, as she grapples with her heritage and strives to redeem her family's name
