The Serpent of Ragnarok: A SMITE X MHA Story

Every mythology across the world has their own version of how an apocalyptic event will begin that would be the end of all creation. One of the most well-known events is Ragnarok, the prophesied doom that will occur in the Norse pantheon, and the monster that is destined to bring this dreadful event is Jormungandr, the World Serpent. The beast's appearance will be the end of days for both mortals and the divine. Alas, though, Jormungandr's attempt to bring the end of everything will result in him being imprisoned in the depths of the ocean.

Many centuries later, the mythological gods have mysteriously vanished, thus leading to a new age where people wield special powers called Quirks. Somehow, the World Serpent will be able to escape his long prison and arrive in Musutafu, the city with the most Quirk heroes. With a new form to fit within the city, Jormungandr is given two choices: become the destroyer he was destined to be or find a way to redeem himself and become better. What path will he take?

This is a crossover story between Hi-Rez's MOBA game, SMITE, and Kohei Horikoshi's manga and anime series, My Hero Academia. The story focuses on the genres of fantasy, drama, action, and mythological fiction. This is also somewhat of a gijinka story and NOT a harem story!
