Ang rhythmic na tunog ng marching boots ay umalingawngaw sa buong campus, isang patunay ng disiplina at dedikasyon ng mga ROTC cadets. Pinangungunahan ang formation ni Cadet Captain Evander Cruz, isang lider na may matibay na determinasyon. Ang buhay niya ay puno ng drills, commands, at walang tigil na paghangad ng kahusayan. Ngunit sa likod ng kanyang seryosong panlabas, may mga pangarap at pagnanasa si Evander na lampas pa sa parade grounds.
Sa kabilang bahagi ng campus, ang gymnasium ay puno ng enerhiya at sigla. Kabilang sa mga aspiring athletes si Mailah Santos, isang masiglang COED-BPED student na may passion sa sports at pusong puno ng pangarap. Ang mga araw ni Mailah ay puno ng training sessions, coaching classes, at pakikipagkaibigan sa kanyang mga ka-peers. Ang mundo ni Mailah ay puno ng galaw at buhay, isang malaking kaibahan sa organisadong buhay ng ROTC.
Parang nakatakda na hindi magtagpo ang kanilang mga landas, bawat isa ay abala sa kanilang sariling mundo ng routines at aspirations. Pero may ibang plano ang tadhana. Isang pagkakataong pagkikita sa isang campus event ang magbibigay daan sa isang kwento ng hindi inaasahang koneksyon, mga hamon, at pag-usbong ng isang pag-ibig na hindi nila inaasahan.
Habang lumulubog ang araw sa campus, nagbibigay ng gintong liwanag sa mga gusali at mga field, ang mga mundo nina Evander at Mailah ay magtatagpo. Sa gitna ng drills at games, commands at cheers, matutuklasan nila na minsan, ang puso ay may sariling ritmo.

Sa bawat hakbang, nagiging mahirap ang pagkontrol sa kaguluhan sa kanyang buhay-pag-takas sa gabi, clubbing, at pagkalulong sa bawal na gamot dulot ng pag-sama sa iba ibang kaibigan.
