Fate. Amber thought fate was a silly word, a word was all it was after all. It gave people a false sense of hope, and once you have hope you let your guard down. Amber Dixon lost everything, she didn't have hope that her brothers were out there. She didn't need to believe they were, that didn't stop her from looking. 

The dead rose, leaving no room for hesitation or Amber would end up dead. But when a strange man comes across her in the woods and she's brought to a prison, her life is forever changed.
