A female prisoner in solitary is left behind after the rest of prisoners are transferred to a new facility. A few weeks later she is found still living in the empty prison, thriving. It isn't until they attempt to bring her to the new prison when things turn violent and she escapes their custody. With nothing but a loose description to go on, the prison pretends she never existed at all and goes on with their business.

Soon after, a string of bodies catches the attention of the police as well as a secret government agency?
