In a new world, people are classified when they turn 17.
For most its a pleasant day in which the start of their true lives begin, but not for Harley Dent. He was definitely missclassified, the system with a 99.9% efficiency had definitely, one hundred percentage got him wrong. There was no way he was a little. At least it couldn't get worse? Wrong.
This same system had also once again missclassified Nate Richings. An angry highschooler who hated most things, especially littles. He couldn't stand them, so imagine his horror when his classification reads caregiver.
