Rowan moved to Woodsboro with her family to start over in a new town. Rowan isn't your average teenage girl; she tends to do reckless things. She gains the attention of Stu, Billy, and Randy; Rowan is someone other than one to make friends easily, but she can make exceptions. Billy takes an interest in Rowan but needs clarification about his role regarding her. Fast forward to after the death of Maureen Prescott. The friends and dynamics change between everyone. When things couldn't get more complex in the teen's lives. What happens when their classmates end up murdered?
