The story about people with abilities from the stars. The ability from the star comes from an entity in the form of an implant in the chest with the shape of a star called Star Soul. the owner of this power is called Star Soul Wielder.

These Wielder are hunted by the king of the planet Moutov, who is the king of the Star Union. He also made propaganda to hate Wielder and even encouraged to torture them.

In the year MMDXXX, a remote and rundown planet called Dyke IY, a young man named Shaka Lyria - who was a Wielder, was targeted by the Star Association. A woman named Sentinel was about to help him escape and take him to the Zorium Spaceship. Together, they will stop the discrimination they receive from the Star Association.
