Nico lives in constant fear. Then Nico meets Will. Will helps Nico, and shows him that his life doesn't have to be a living hell. It takes a while, but slowly, Nico starts to believe him. Midnight Coffee shares its storyline with my book Coffee at Midnight, these are written to play with different perspectives in storytelling. Midnight Coffee was written first, is told strictly from Nico's perspective, and has a cast of Percy Jackson characters. Coffee at Midnight is told strictly from Will's perspective, has a cast of Magnus Chase characters, and includes bonus scenes between the two.
