Lurking within the shadows, however, are creatures looking to turn the crew into their mindless minions. And a conspiracy of an inside job, threatens to sabotage the crew's plans. Can the crew control the chaos, or will this disaster claim more victims?

❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. Wattys 2021 Shortlister. Standalone sequel (Rocks Can Dance) coming in 2023. Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated. I write characters from many different backgrounds, with many different experiences. If you share those traits and find that I have misrepresented anything, please let me know! I am feedback-friendly and here to learn :)

The Epping Forest. Most who go never come back. People who have claimed to escape have seen the kidnappers using magic. Portals, magic balls, werewolves, occultism and curses...Team MBTI is responsible for solving this mystery and saving every survivor. As an evil-hunter in the secret ministry of London's anti-magic organizations, it is Serly's duty to fight all dark forces and black magic, to protect the people, that are clueless of the supernatural, while balancing them with her personal goals. But a seemingly unfortunate even disrupts her balance. That event? Being put in group MBTI against her will. Being put in and out of teams was just her daily exercise. After all, she's a lone wolf, she strives when she's her boss, and does she not want to get thrown out of this group too...she'd do anything to, but what if her heart decides to take a different direction? What if this group speaks her language? Warning: ***Violence ***Gore ***Torture ***Trauma ***Suicide attempts ***Murder ***Depression ***Inexplicit sexual assault ***Semi-explicit sexual scenes ***Profanity --- This is the first book of a series. Second book is "A Chaotic but Perfect World: The Twin Blazes" and the third is "A Chaotic but Perfect World: The Past Unleashed". They aren't written yet, but I've already planned the plot. --- Other than being the first book of a series, this book is also the first book I've written (I'm writing) on Wattpad. Do tell me your thoughts. I will hold sessions of character and plot analysis between parts, stay tuned and join in the discussions. I've been writing this and updating old chapters since 2023...if you care. I, personally, don't.
