Jordan James or mostly known as JJ by his close friends he saw as his family as they dropped him off at a orphanage when he was only a few Years old so when he left at the age of 16 he met Steve Rogers, James Barnes and Bailey Barnes the younger sister of Bucky. So when a few years passed he saw them as the siblings he never had. So when he is given the opportunity to become the one of the world's best Super soldiers he takes the offer immediately. Steve gets the normal serum Bailey gets the Taskmaster serum and JJ gets a new experiment that the doctor found while exploring.
