Summer. It was all Brooke could think about. But more importantly, summer CAMP. Camp was the first two weeks of summer, and being shipped off to camp lakeside, where she'd spent many previous summers bunking with her friends, chilling by the lake, and just making great, All-American childhood memories, was sounding pretty great right about now. Just a few more days and she had camp, and the whole summer to just live a little. Being almost 15 and a half, she could soon get her learners permit, and just having the thought of freedom made her feel mostly grown up. But there was one department she had yet to experiment in. BOYS. She had never had a boyfriend, or even kissed a boy. She only had one or two crushes she could really remember, so boys were on her mind, but not a priority. But because of luck, or fate, or whatever you want to call it, she gets onto the bus to camp without her friends, forcing her to sit next to a boy, Parker Lewis. I think you can guess what'll happen next. Destiny strikes again

*Completed All these teenagers...they're all fucked in the brain. At least during the school year they've got supervision and a counselor on hand. Summer though- that's a different story. That's how Medowveiw Camp for Teens got started, back in the eighties. Now it's run by George Washington and his wife, Martha who is a licensed therapist. It's another summer coming up, just like the rest. After a while you can kind of link all the kids together, they're all the same anyway. Broken home, bullies, eating disorders. You name it, they've been to the camp. Some kids have been here too many times. John Laurens, for example. Seventeen and having been attending the camp since he was fourteen. He absolutely hates it, it's the same every year and offers no help whatsoever for his so called mental illness. He wants this year to be his last, but something changes his mind from the moment he steps into his cabin.
