His best friend is shot dead, and the world thinks Metropolitan Police Officer George Reynolds did it.
They were in the one place that should've been safe, their police station. At least it was until aspiring detective George Reynolds came lucid from another blackout. Made to relive the past trauma of a tragic fire that took the lives of the family that tortured him. Bodies continue to fall, all framed to fit the murderous narrative of an elaborate plot for revenge.
When he finally remembers, when he's finally broken, another unique side to George wakes. So does a dark new world from the shadows. George learns the painful truth, and none of it is good. Nobody saw the real killer coming or expected that it could be someone they trusted. It will take everything George has to save his friends, new and old. Nobody will be the same. Nor will their view of the world. Its rife with the supernatural.
