On Halloween night of 1989, a local high school girl was brutally murdered. After six intensive months of investigations, the Derry Police officially classified the murder as a cold case. That is, until a classmate of the girl, Stanley Uris, a true crime junkie, decides to investigate the case himself.
Unfortunately for Stanley, his number one suspect is his ex best friend and former crush, Bill Denbrough.
