On Halloween night of 1989, a local high school girl was brutally murdered. After six intensive months of investigations, the Derry Police officially classified the murder as a cold case. That is, until a classmate of the girl, Stanley Uris, a true crime junkie, decides to investigate the case himself.

Stan isn't out, but he'd still do anything for his close friends...well...crush. Ben is on the football team. He's shy, but he's been friends with Bev since freshman year. She'd come up to him and spoke to him in one of their shared classes one day. Since then he's had a massive crush on her. Mike doesn't talk much. He's quiet and un confrontational, but he'd Fuck someone up if they hurt Ben. Ben is like a younger brother to him even though they are the same age, and he may not be mean, but for Ben, he can be.
