The primary sites of lung metastases often originate from malignant tumors such as the breast, lung, head and neck, colorectal, and liver. Most patients cannot tolerate surgical resection due to poor underlying lung function, advanced age, and other reasons. By using high-pressure argon gas, which rapidly absorbs the surrounding heat during expansion, the temperature of the surrounding tissues drops drastically, causing tumor cell death and tumor blood vessel rupture, thereby achieving tumor control.
