Camryn (Ryn) and Elle live a peaceful life together when an old friend, Marcus, suddenly offers Elle the chance of a lifetime: attend the kingdom's most prestigious school of healing--a chance that even many nobles struggle to obtain. The problem is, however, Elle cares for Ryn deeply and worries about leaving her.
